Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in quantity surveying and budgeting, preferably in interior fit-out or construction
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying principles, cost management, and financial control
- Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
