Warranty

Assembly: A carpenter may be required for assembly.

Warranty Terms: The product comes with a 12 Months warranty against any manufacturing defect

This limited warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damages caused by impacts or accidents.
• Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods or cleaning products. (e.g upholstered furniture will lighten over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight)
• No warranty is offered on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

Returns & Cancellations

Cancellations Orders once placed cannot be canceled.

Returns
We offer a 7-Day Return Policy for all products. Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:

Product received in damaged condition
Manufacturing Defect
Incomplete Product
Incorrect Product
