Return Policy

Time Frame

Should you need to return the items delivered to you, you can do so within 100 days of the order delivery, in accordance with our 100 Day Free Trial period, provided it is in the original packaging of the product, including all the products accessories and user manual. Please note that the above is not applicable on the products that do not have the 100 Day Free Trial tag in the product page. Should you wish to return a product that is not under the 100 Day Free Trial Offer, please contact our customer care executives with your reason for return and we will get back to you at the earliest.


  • Conditions under which you CAN return your order-
    • You may return your order if the products delivered to you are damaged or defective in any form. There may be occasional unfortunate defects in the products due to manufacturing flaws which may prohibit you from using the product as intended. In situations like these (for eg, imbalance in the product, broken or defective wooden joints, missing pieces, etc.) you may request a return and replacement or return and refund for your order. Please note that the natural texture, colour and characteristics of the product itself are NOT considered as product defects. 
    • If the item delivered to you is different from the product that you looked at on our website whilst placing the order, you may request for a return. You can also return/replace your order in the unfortunate event that the product you receive differs from the dimensions, shape or the colour mentioned on our website. 
    • Should you receive products which are incomplete or have parts or accessories missing, you may request a return on your order or request for the missing pieces alone. 
    • In the case of electrical items and products that require electrical sockets or batteries, you may request a return if the product delivered to you is non-functional on arrival. 

  • Conditions under which you CAN’T return your order
    • We do not accept returns in cases which have defects arise from the user’s attempts of installing it. 
    • In the event of a relocation, we do not accept returns if the relocation or the subsequent dismantling and reassembly result in damaging the product. We do not take any responsibility for the damage caused to the product should this occur. 

Cancelling an Order

 Should you decide to cancel your order after the order confirmation has been received, you may cancel the order within 12 hours of the confirmation email and a cancellation fee of 2.5% will be deducted from the total amount of the order when we process your refund. We will not be able to cancel your order once it has been dispatched so make sure to cancel your order within the designated time frame. Should you reach out to us for cancellation after 12 hours, 10% of the total order will be deducted owing to cancellation fees and to and fro shipping charges, when we process your refund.

Warranty Terms

All products at Atmosphere come with a 12 Month warranty period against any manufacturing defect.  However, this limited warranty period DOES NOT apply to – 

  • Normal wear and tear, cuts or scratches, or damages caused by impacts or accidents.
  • Products that have been stored, assembled, or installed incorrectly
  • The use of inappropriate cleaning methods or cleaning products on delicate surfaces (e.g upholstered furniture will lighten/fade over time if it’s exposed to direct sunlight)
  • No warranty is offered on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.

PLEASE NOTE – Should you receive an order with a defect or with missing parts, please do not install the product. Once the installation is done, we would not be able to help you adhering to our company policy.
