We at atmosphere are a furniture e-commerce website that strives to facilitate ergonomically designed furniture that is functional, agile and exponentially increases productivity. We have been a part of the e-commerce industry for 3 years and have so far acquired a substantial customer base. E-commerce Executive

Job Location: Andheri/Bhiwandi

EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS

For the E-commerce Executive role in our company, the candidate-

• Should have 2-3 Years experience in e-commerce and premium customer service segments.
• Must have a proficient working knowledge of backend solutions for various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart and Home Website)
• Must be able to handle listing and cataloguing for our products efficiently.
• Must be able to co-ordinate with the factory team to keep a strict track of the stock and must be able to update the same across all platforms
• Must be able to handle order management for marketplaces
• Must be able to coordinate with the dispatch executives
• Must be able to adhere to strict timelines and will be monitored for the same
• Must be able to coordinate customer feedback and requirements to the team for efficient workflows
• Must also have a sales mindset and should be quick to flag order conversions
• Self-driven candidate with a ‘go getter’ attitude preferred

CTC: INR 25000-30000/month (Subject to negotiation on further communication)

Creative Designer

Job Location: Andheri

EXPERIENCE & JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years’ experience in design
• Prior experience designing in the furniture industry is preferred, lack of the same is not an issue.
• Proficiency in both 3D and 2D Design
• Working experience in digital editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, InDesign & 3D software Sketchup or 3DS MAX
• Flexibility to learn/work in different areas.
• A good eye for visual composition and attention to details is expected.
• Effective time managements skills, ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions and established protocols/procedures


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Creative Designer, your responsibilities will include-
• Interpret creative briefs and conceptualize the creative design strategy behind Social Media Campaigns & marketing materials.
• Participate in team brainstorming to generate ideas for content production concepts and promotions.
• Ensure alignment of the graphics with the company’s vision.
• Perform retouching and manipulation of images.
• Constantly enhance your design skills to infuse new techniques and stay up to date with the digital trends.
• Manage tasks and projects efficiently to ensure on time delivery

Customer Service Executive

Job Location: Andheri/Bhiwandi

REQUIREMENTS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

For the Concierge role in our company, the candidate

• Must have excellent oratory and written skills in both English and Hindi
• 2-4 Years of experience in premium customer service segments.
• Must have the right humble attitude for and must be able to manage Customer Service efficiently with zero customer complaints
• Must be able to handle difficult customers in a polite manner with the help of excellent communication skills
• Must be resilient enough to convey negative things to the customer should the need arise, without breaking composure or humility
• Must be able to coordinate customer feedback and requirements to the team for efficient workflows
• Will be expected to get in touch with each customer post order confirmation, post shipment and after product installation as well.
• Must also have a sales mindset and should be quick to flag order conversions
• Self-driven candidate with a ‘go getter’ attitude preferred
