  • Preparation of Bills: Prepare, verify, and process contractor and client bills for interior fitout projects.
  • Quantity Estimation: Measure and verify quantities based on project drawings and site execution.
  • Cost Monitoring: Track project expenses and ensure alignment with budget estimates.
  • Rate Analysis: Conduct rate analysis for materials and works to support cost planning.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of measurements, bills, and project documentation.
  • Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and accounts for seamless billing operations.
  • Compliance: Ensure billing practices adhere to contractual terms and company policies.
    Dispute Resolution: Address discrepancies in billing and resolve
  • Contractor/client queries efficiently.

Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, billing software, and attention to detail.

Procurement and Contracts Head

  • Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery compliance.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate, draft, and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Cost Management: Analyze and optimize costs to ensure project profitability.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.

  • 8+ years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably in the interior fit-out or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement principles, contract law, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and project management skills

Assistant Manager – Cost & Estimation

  • Assist in developing and managing project cost estimates and budgets
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks
  • Analyze project cost performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Ensure compliance with company financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in cost estimation and control, preferably in interior fit-out or construction
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation principles, quantity surveying, and financial control
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Sr. Manager - Quantity Surveyor and Budgeting

  • Lead the quantity surveying and budgeting team, providing guidance and development opportunities
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring accurate cost estimation and financial control
  • Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analyses, and risk assessments
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate cost risks
