Nilesh Rathod is a visionary entrepreneur with a B.Com and CFA, who’s built businesses like EIIL, and EFFL in the Design & Build and Commercial interior space. Beyond steering Atmosphere to success, he’s also a bestselling novelist, with 'Destiny of Shattered Dreams' published in 2018. Based in Mumbai, Nilesh enjoys life with his wife Preeti and sons Shloak and Parv.

Savita Gaikwad

With 18+ years of experience in retail fitouts and project management, Savita has led store rollouts for major brands like Apple, Tata Sky, and Godfrey Phillips. Skilled in design, materials, and large-scale projects, she’s built strong vendor networks across India and China. Split between Singapore and Mumbai, she balances her professional passion with quality family time.
