Qualifications

-Graduate degree.
-At least 10 years of experience as a Contracts Head.

Key Responsibilities
-Prepare project bids and subcontract documentation.
-Source vendors and appoint contractors for luxury retail projects across India.
-Receive and certify contractor RA bills.
-Source and manage contractor relationships.
-Ensure smooth functioning of contracts undertaken by the company.
-Meet project budgets.
-Build contract resources for expansion.
-Ensure timely completion of projects within budget.
-Manage relationships effectively.
